four women sitting on a couch with the words "Tell Me Something Tuesday" and "A laid back meme to chat about books, blogging and life"

Tell Me Something Tuesday is a weekly discussion post where bloggers discuss a wide range of topics from books and blogging to life in general. Weigh-in and join the conversation by adding your thoughts in the comments. If you want to do your own post, grab the question and answer it on your blog.

How the meme works: A small group of bloggers consisting of Linda from Book Girl of Mur-y-Castell, Berls from Because Reading is Better than Real Life, Karen from For What It’s Worth, Roberta from Offbeat YA, get together virtually to create the weekly topics/questions.

We have a brand new AWESOME graphic designed and donated by Michelle with Limabean Designs. Please visit her shop: https://mylimabeandesigns.com/.

If you are interested in participating in TMST or receiving periodic emails that list the upcoming TMST topics and questions,  please fill out this GOOGLE FORM.  Participation is optional and never required.

THIS WEEKS TOPIC:

April 21st: Have you ever dreamed of becoming an author?

Oh my, that has always been a dream of mine. My first novel is in the works and I have been terrible at getting myself to write. For some reason, when it comes to writing I always turn to my blog before my novel. I think it is because I have hundreds of blog ideas to write and posts planned ahead of time and not enough time in the day. Blogging is such a huge passion of mine that whenever I sit down to write I automatically turn to blogging first. Plus, I have to write tons and tons of papers for college that my own writing has been pushed back a lot. Hopefully, one day, I will finish my book but if I don't then I don't. I will never stop blogging though or writing.

Author's that can write hundreds and hundreds of pages a day are people I admire. Anyone that has the determination to write and finish a book is someone that I look up to.
